Photographing a Photographer

Well what a fun evening I had on Saturday night.

I got a call from Debs a photographer friend of mine, "I need some shots for my website with me and my camera, can you help me out?".

I am not sure there is anything scarier than photographing another photographer. We want to interfere, we want to see every shot once its taken, and of course we make terrible models !!!.

We sat down at the start and I spent some time talking with Debs to understand exactly what she was looking for in the shots. This is a critical phase if we are to get the right shots for the client. I then made some suggestions regarding outfits, backgrounds and alternative poses for Debs to think about.

In the end we had a lot of fun and delivered a set of shots we are both very happy with.

At the end of the day that is all any client wants..
